an excellent idea for a group! this has been my problem for many years- not eating much through the day, then gorging at night. Bad eating habits! have stopped the habit for now- we can help each other ' close the kitchen at 8 pm' !

I definately find if I don't eat after 8pm the scale is nice to me. This is totally the group for me. And weekends count! Good luck everyone!0
