It's 7:43pm, the leftovers are put away, the candy is hidden, the dogs are asleep, and THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!
It's Friday Night, and THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED...
It's just after 7pm here in Southern California. I've packed up the leftovers, fed the dogs and finalized my MFP diary entries. The next thing on my agenda is to CLOSE MY KITCHEN for the night. Check! Cheers!

7 till 7?
Can I adjust the timings a bit? I have to be at work for 7.30 am so eat breakfast at 7am. This means not eating after 7pm - which actually will take a bit of adjusting to. No more late night suppers for me I can really see the merits to this idea though

an excellent idea for a group! this has been my problem for many years- not eating much through the day, then gorging at night. Bad eating habits! have stopped the habit for now- we can help each other ' close the kitchen at 8 pm' !
