Happy Friday everyone!

It's weigh in day and check-up on the goals. Tell us how you did! What worked and what didn't?

Also, consider a challenge for the group. Like fitting in 5 30 second planks or doing 25 jumping jacks a day on top of your routine. I was thinking of posting a challenge along with our weekly goals so help get an extra boost!

    Happy to say that TOM is good and gone. I'm back down to 184.4. This seems to be my happy weight right now and I'm ok with it.

    As for my goals:
    1) Running: I did 2.5 miles around my parents 'hood Monday, 4 miles on the treadmill Wednesday and I'll do 4 again tonight.
    2) Packed my healthy carb heavy lunch everyday this week even though I forgot it on Monday. Still logged pretty well otherwise.
    3) I think I did my water EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!! Yay me!

    Missing in action, but I am back!!! I am up in weight, no exercise for 3 weeks now, I ran briefly but now have an issue with my knee. Going to PT today to try and work on it. Have a great weekend. Take care!:flowerforyou:

    I'm down 2.2 pounds and am 202.4 pounds now. I'm aiming to be in onderland next week!!

    Haven't logged all week - computer problems & just no time. Plus my son's 7th birthday so have been baking for school party, daycare party & home party! Needless to say, too many temptations! Did cardio only 2 days this week. Need to get motivated & get back on track!
