I am going to strongly recommend this DVD... There are 2 separate workouts on it. One 30 minute and one 55 minute (it incorporates the 30 minute one with extra moves and stretches)
If I can ever remember to hit start on my HRM at the beginning I'll let you know how it goes, but I'm burning approx. over 400 calories on the 55 minute one. And I feel amazing afterwards!
I also bought a mat, block and strap today! I am so impressed with the results I am getting!

It's actually alot different... It's more of a toning video than cardio... I don't want to say I like it more, it's just different!0

I just purchased JM's Yoga Meltdown and am using it for the first time tonight. I do yoga regularly, but want to do it at home as well as going to a yoga studio can add up quickly! $$$
Thank you for your feedback on this yoga meltdown dvd.0
