Just finished Push! What should I expect from Lean?

Hey there! I'm new to the group today, and I just finished my Push month. I haven't lost a lot of weight for the last two months, but I have lost 8 inches, most of which is gone from my tummy. Yay!
So my question is, what should I expect from the Lean circuit? I'm excited to start it on Monday.

I have 2 more weeks of Push to do and so looking forward to Lean as I hear that is where you melt away the fat to show more lean muscles0

I haven't watched any of the Lean workouts yet, but Lean 1 tomorrow! From what I've read here, I guess my arms are gonna be dying.0

Your arms will be dying .,, This is my last week of Lean ( yay me ) and let me tell you ... this workouts are so much fun and a killer !!!
You will be lifting lighter than in the Push month .. maybe 10 lbs no more than 15 lbs, but you have to fail by the 10th or 12th rep. Sometimes I had to use the green band because I couldn't handle the 10lbs :S ...
My shoulders and arms were sore pretty much the whole first 2 weeks ... and they are just now getting better ...
Maybe there were so many damn pushups that I had to do, probably like 2 sets of 12 every workout ? ....
Your arms always end shaking like a little Chihuahua :P:!
HOWEVER ... the definition you will have: AMAZING! ...

Thanks Exna! I just finished Lean 2/Wk 1 & my shoulders are really sore. I think I need a massage to work out all those knots that are building up. It's hard, but I'm liking it. Congratulations on being so close to finishing!!:drinker:0

Do you feel like you lose more fat in the lean phase rather than building up muscle? that is what i am hoping as I am super happy with all my muscles now, I just want to get the layer of fat around the muscles oughta here0 -

That is exactly what happened! You are working shoulders, arms and core sometimes at the same time....every muscle I developed on the Push phase just got defined :-) ....I haven't loose weight (blah!) But I lost like 2 inches (hips, waist) :drinker:
I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I'm grateful I would b able to still go to the stores and find clothes LOL...petite and skinny means not a lot of clothes to choose from stores :grumble:0 -

@Kel7298 .. :S I'm sorry .. I hope you can still be excited.. never mind YOU WILL be excited.. even CHalean says she used to hate push ups ... you will be so strong that you will be able to do push ups on your toes ... I know i did
@becka63 : I was scared with the shiny tops and a chair for Lean1 !!!!! hahaha ... you should take a look at that one.0 -
Well I just finished Week 1 of Lean. I think Lean 3 was the easiest of the three. And this time she wasn't as shiny. I'm so excited for the rest of this month.
Becka & Kel--Good luck on Monday! As Chalene says, "I think, wait, I KNOW you're gonna love this workout!" Have fun! Oh, and buy and ice pack for your shoulders cuz they're gonna be screaming.
