Going from 5ks and a 5 mile race to a half marathon

Hello,
I started running last spring, and did several 5ks and a 5 mile race. My last actual race was near the end of Dec, but I have been running 5k distances a few time a week, doing strength training, etc. In a 5k, I run approximately a mile ever 12 minutes.
Anyway...... I will be run/walking my first half marathon in a few weeks, and I wondered if anyone could tell me what I can expect as far as time, percentage of time I will need to walk vs, run, etc?
When I do a 5k, I can nearly always run through that without having to take a walk break, but with this being my first half marathon, and the fact that I have not really been in half marathon training, I know that I will probably need to take several walk breaks during the race. It's a local race, and they don't have a cut-off time, so no matter how long it takes, if I finish it, I will get a finisher's medal.
Thanks!
