hey girls I just recently bought NROLFW and read it on vacation and am excited to start. I just had my bf % calculated and it is 14.7 and now I am cutting back on cardio and doing mostly weights. I am 5'3" and weigh 110. Not sure where I should start in terms of calories. I am at 1600 and I will say I am nervous to up it. Where did you all start and what do you eat in terms of calories now?? I am excited to be part of this group

I'm new too! I plan on starting on Tuesday actually. I'm really nervous to venture out onto "that" side of the gym:) Tomorrow, I'm upping my cals to 1600. I still would like to lose at least another 12 lbs so I still want a little deficit. I'll give that a try for a month and see where I'm at.0
