Crazy Sexy Cleanse, date adjustment 3/4 to 3/24

The dates of the cleanse have been adjusted to accommodate some feedback I have received.
The cleanse includes a fasting day, followed by a flush. Understandably so, these activities are most set up for success when done on non-work days. Ergo, I've adjusted the start date to begin this Sunday so that our fasting days will fall on Saturdays and our flushes the following Sunday morning (for those that have Sunday morning rituals, flushes can also be done Sat eve before bedtime, on an empty belly).
Let's use this generous gift of extra days to get that prep in. Digging out that blender/juicer, eating up those restricted foods before we have to chuck them, shopping, dusting off those sneakers...
As of tonight, we're T minus 7. Let the countdown begin!!
