Ok ladies this week will be super easy. I have not been feeling well so I will be delaying harder stuff for a week or two longer. BUT I want you to know that things are going to get tougher...so look forward to it:) But anyway this week I want you to pick one nice thing a day to do for/to your body. We neglect ourselves so much...so for example today I am going to add 10 minutes to my work out. it's good for my body to push it..but tomorrow I plan on eating all 3 servings of fruits and veggies...also good for me:) So this is what I want you all to do. Be your own challenge this week, do at least one thing a day that is good for you that you normally don't do. AND REPORT BACK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!! We can not give or get support if we don't all participate! Also remember to weigh in:) Good luck ladies and gent!
