I love to use my crockpot and I found this great cookbook for diabetics. Its called Fix-it and Forget-it Diabetic Cookbook. It has so many great low carb/sugar recipes and its food my kids will actually eat. I use it all the time. I just wanted to pass it on. I know I get tired of all the same boring foods so if you have a chance take a look at it.

    They have a lot of good recipes..I'm making sauerkraut & chops for dinner tomorrow night! Its delecious
