Week 9 Mini Goals and Challenge

Good morning everyone! Hope the weekend was a good one and that everybody is refreshed and ready to start a new week.

Post your goals here for the week.

I'm also inviting everyone to participate in our weekly challenge.

This week: 6 30 second planks. Hold a plank position for 30 seconds. Repeat this pose 5 times a day, whether at one time or throughout the day.

Holding the plank position is a great core workout.

    Goals for me this week.

    1: Yoga 3x, which means I'll be doing it at home since I can't make it to any yoga classes.
    2: Protein and fat breakfast focus, going to be having egg whites and avocado slices as apart of my morning.
    3: Housework, I need to get my house in order so that I have balance in my life. When things are chaotic at home I'm less likely to want to exercise or keep up my healthy goals.

    Going to work on fitting in 6 30 second planks too which will work well with my goal of doing yoga.

    Haha the mean ol' plank eh? I was showing my gym buddy yesterday and let's just say that 1st one is the easiest LOL. But I accept your challenge :)

    My goals this week are :
    ** Drink WATER ...I can't seem to stay consistant with this it's either lots or not enough
    ** make better food choices
    ** keep up my momentum at the gym (I have some new stuff to work with so hopefully this one will be easy :happy: )
    ** group challenge 6 30 second planks a day....holy moly I'll have to set alarms to remind myself through out the day because there's no way I'm going to do them all at once without throwing up lol) :frown:

    Same here. I'll probably work on them at work (find a quiet office and do one at a time) and then maybe at home at night. No way can I do them all in one sitting. Well...not yet :happy:

    Weekly Goals:

    1. Get the weekly challenge done. Gonna be a challenge indeed.
    2. Water, Need to get to drink at least 10 glasses of water
    3. Body Pump....kinda intimidated, but gonna do it at least once this week.
    4. Would like to lose at least a pound.

    1. Baby the right knee
    2. Drink my water
    3. Look for beauty everyday :heart:

    I got all of my water in today but wasn't anywhere I could do planks....I want to squeeze some in before bed but because I made HORRIBLE food choices lol I don't know how much I trust my gut at the moment :ohwell:

    My goal for this week is to get UN-stuck. I'm not losing and I didn't make my goal of 140 lbs by March 1st. I'm stuck at 141.5. I worked out 4 times this week, but I am thinking I ate too many calories. I've been getting really hungry in the evenings, after a sensible dinner, and I've been trying to snack on healthy, low calorie snacks, but it isn't working. I need to drink more water during the day and eat more calories during the day, I guess. Any other suggestions to get to 140 this next week?? I'm open for anything.
