Yep. 2000-2500. I strength train 3 days a week (for 20-30 minutes, compound moves, not lifting too heavy yet), 1 day endurance cardio to train for a 10k, 1 day yoga, 1 day of whatever I fancy (sometimes abs circuits, HIIT, sprints) and 1 day rest. But I do have an unusually active lifestyle.

I have been maintaining since November. I eat around 2300 calories per day. I do 3 days of 20-30 mins of cardio plus an hour of lifting weights. Then the other 2 week days I do 1-1.5 hours of cardio. On the weekends I typically do long bike rides or hikes. I have my calories set at 1600 and eat all but around 200 of my exercise calories per day to account for overestimation by MFP since I do not have a heart rate monitor. I have stayed right around my goal plus or minus like 2lbs.

Well, I've been in a rough patch and have been eating 2000+ calories the last couple of days, but didn't intend to eat that much. This is the part where in the past, I would have given up on my resolve to take care of myself. I just don't know why it's so easy for a person to enter a zone and the food has all the power......... so here I am, trying to turn it around, so I don't regain my lost 40+ pounds. Know what? Having the guts to write it in my diary and having friends give me comments has been a really good thing!!!

Some days I eat up to 2400 calories. My maintenance calories are 1540 and today I have 876 exercise calories for a total of 2416. I did a power sculpting class and spinning class with abs exercises. It's hard to eat all of those calories but I try to do so without going back to the foods that led me to be obese in the first place! The hardest day of all is my "off day". Can't seem to eat just 1540 calories, LOL.

Me - on workout days only. Maintenance days I'm at 1700.

Exercise routine is 6 days a week, one day off. 3 days of kettlebell circuit training with two of those days ab/core training tagged on to the end of the kb routine. Other 3 days are my posterior circuit training (hoping for a better butt) - squats, lunges and glute bridges. Total workout time is between 30-40 minutes per workout session.

It's not that hard to get 300 extra calories in because I do a post-workout shake. Sometimes I find it hard to get the basic 1700 in especially with the warmer weather, it kills my appetite.
