Biggest weight insecurity: Thighs, hips, tummy pooch, and though I do have arm muscle, I would like les arm flab so it's more defined
Inspiration: smaller jeans size (bigger motivator than the scale), plus I think as I get stronger I will be able to walk better (I have cerebral palsy, so I have a walker and crutches, as I get stronger I think I will be able to walk some without them)0
