    Average workout time per day: Not everyday. I just started my workout and have only done it twice this week (work, school, kids...), but my plan is to to at least 4x a week for 30mins.
    Biggest weight insecurity: My stomach, with my arms and chin competing for 2nd place...:-)
    Inspiration: I'm just tired of being overweight.

    Biggest Weight Insecurity: Will I ever be consistent enough to reach my goal?
    Inspiration: To be able to live a long life, move through space freely, to get off the merry-go-round of "dieting", use my energy elsewhere, be free of worrying about this, be near goal weight for trip overseas in October - want to go hiking in Switzerland!!

    Inspiration: To set a good example for my children. And to fit into any of my "normal" clothes and look good at the weddings I will be attending this year.

    Inspiration: Success Stories on this site. I coach my kids baseball and football teams and the baseball starts May 1. I want to be in the best shape I have ever been to really be able to keep up with the kids this year.

    Biggest weight insecurity: Thighs, hips, tummy pooch, and though I do have arm muscle, I would like les arm flab so it's more defined
    Inspiration: smaller jeans size (bigger motivator than the scale), plus I think as I get stronger I will be able to walk better (I have cerebral palsy, so I have a walker and crutches, as I get stronger I think I will be able to walk some without them)
