    I am still hoping to 'weather it out'...ie not take anything but glad to read that the risks for my age group are not as high with short term HRT use...
    So far I've tried Remifemin (Black Cohosh)....not entirely sure it does much but hard to tell cos my symptoms seem to shift...ie hot flushes for a couple weeks, then bouts of insomnia, then majorily tender breasts, then all cramp and no action....and fuzz brain...aggggh...a real trial in professional sales settings!!!

    I'm doing the same thing! Trying to muddle through without the HRT!
