Hello to all

I did Keto for a while last year and lost a ton of weight. I missed bread and vegetables, so I have been off Keto since about November. I have fluctuated between 182 and 175 since then, I will consider getting back into Keto soon.

Any tips for the 2nd time around. My aims are weight loss more than muscle gain. I will probably stop keto when I reach my ideal weight. I also find never hit the "Beast Mode" people talk about,
