Non Stimulant Fat Burner Inquiries

I have been focusing on getting my body fat % down to 20. Before starting to watch my calories a month and a half ago (I have always done strength training and cardio in my routine), I started at 134 lb with 27.5% body fat. Since then I have gone down to 124 and 25% body fat. I am pleased with the results so far, and am curious if I should just keep up at the pace I am at, or if adding a fat burner will help significantly. It seems hard to get to 20% just by diet and exercise (though I do get impatient sometimes too!) The concern I have with fat burners is I am extremely sensitive to caffeine. I know there are non stimulant burners out there, so I am curious if they are just as effective and which ones would be good if I should go that route.

SeaStar, sorry, I don't know of any. But, congrats on getting your body fat down to 25%. I had mine checked yesterday and was told that I should lose another ten pounds.

If you are sensitive to caffeine I would avoid any "fat burning" type pills like the plague. Most of them are loaded with caffeine or other stimulants and not FDA approved. Anything that doesn't have stimulants in it is probably just some gimmick herbal supplement that hasn't been proven to even work. The safest way and most effective way to get your BF% down is diet and exercise, not any "magic" pill.

Thanks! Well I will be sure to keep up what I am doing (I am sure I will see more results, as I stated, impatience hits me sometimes). I just read about a lot of people who are in the lean fitness body fat range taking supplements to aid that, so I was curious. I figure in the long run I'd rather it be from my own hard work and not have to rely on something, so it's probably good I am too sensitive to caffeine anyway :]
