I'm not sure if I would consider myself fully paleo/primal but I have definitely cut out carbs (from breads, grains, etc) and I'm trying to cut back on dairy with only 1 serving or less a day. My concern is that I'm eating too much protein. My husband mentioned that he thought I may be eating too much of it as its hard for your body to digest. It could be just my mind frame but I'm really having a tough time upping my fat intake especially with little or no dairy. Any thoughts or suggestions? Any good websites with recipes for paleo/primal? I'm especially having difficulty with snacks.

Unless you have kidney issues or some other medical problem related to protein intake, it is unlikely you are ingesting too much protein. I take in 1 - 1.25 grams per pound of lean body mass per day - about 210 grams of protein on average per day.
I also get in plenty of healthy fats and eat veggies.0 -
