Week 1 is Done!

Dear Let's Lose, Walpole Members,

We've completed our first week of the 15 week challenge. I've heard from 4 members and our total weight loss for Week 1 is 5.5 lbs. Congratulations to those losers/winners! I've posted our total loss for Weel 1 on our web page. Please remember to send your weight loss numbers to letslose@walpole-ma.gov each week so we can share your weight loss with everyone.

I've had the great pleasure of working with Nutritionist Peg Doyle who is presenting "Eat This, Not That" on March 20th. She provides practical information to help you with your weight loss and also ways to change the way you eat forever. Do come!
