Please share any accomplishments you had this month regarding eliminating fast foods from your diet. Sharing help us to realize we are not alone. I have actually had some success in eliminating fast foods from my diet but I can always do better. So no matter where you are in your battle with fast foods please share your failures and accomplishments. Support is here if you need it.

No fast food yet but tomorrow is going to be my spike day and I plan on having it then.0

I had no fast food yesterday (March 1st) but I did ended up getting fast food today (March 2nd). None of my coworkers brought their lunch and wanted to go to Panda Express. I brought cereal for lunch but I wasn't feeling it. But I did choose a healthy dish! I got a panda bowl with peppercorn shrimp and 1/2 chow mein, 1/2 mixed veggies (only 490 calories!). Usually I would get orange chicken with either fried rice or chow mein but I didn't!0

Good job on Panda Express!!:flowerforyou: Panda Express is not on my list for FF but I understand you making it a FF place.
For me if I eat healthy at a FF joint I count that as no FF. It may be a cheat but being as busy as I am and most are I have to stop at a FF place here and there. I would have never tried Panda Express if it had not been for MFP and you just reminded me of it again.
I stopped going there and started going to Chipolties because it is so much healthier. I learned to split the bowl into 2 meals so I could stay in calorie range.
When you go to a sit down resturant are you counting that as FF too? Just curious?
Like yesterday I had my KFC but I had a talk with myself before I went. I said if they do not have grilled chicken leave and go to Subway or Chipolties. To my surprise they did have my wonderful grilled chicken. So I had 2 pieces grilled chicken and green beans and mashed potatos and NO biscuit. So I was satisfied and within my points for the day and for me that was no FF.
But we all have to do what is best for us. Thanks for sticking with me on this because this group is really what I need to be mindful of eating out vs. fixing my food myself as much as possible.0 -

I almost made it this weekend! I did good but could only count Saturday as no fast foods. Sunday I had a hash brown from Micky D's!

Now that I think about it, I'm going to change my definition of fast food. I'm going to put Panda Express as not a fast food because I chose a healthy dish. If I choose a unhealthy dish, then I'm going to consider it as fast food. I just had Chiptole this weekend and I am not going to consider that as fast food either because I got the chicken bowl.
But I did eat out at Mongolian bbq yesterday and that will be fast food for me. It was all you can eat too. Oh well, at least I exercised that day to be able to make up the calories.0 -

I am doing good Meea! Since I have been doing these challenges even Tuesdays do not phase me anymore. I eat my lunch and I hardly think about going to Popeyes for the Tuesday specials.
I have lost 4 pounds on my scales. I weigh in today at WW to get my offical weigh in number. I like the wiggle room we have this month. I have been wanting a fast food item which I will not mention but I think I am either going to indulge today or I will probably wait until the weekend!

I've yet to indulge but I've not into town much to be tempted anyway. I still haven't had my Beefy Crunch Burrito and I'm gonna have to wait for it since it's somewhere around 800 calories. I like to eat too much to use that many calories on one burrito. I'd go hungry half of the day and I can't have that! :laugh:0

I double checked Taco Bell's info and I was wrong. The Beefy Crunch Burrito is 500 calories and the new Doritos Taco Supreme is 200. I'm being a good girl today so I can have it tonight. Is it wrong that I'm excited? :laugh:

I hope you enjoyed taco bell Kat. I did not enjoy my fast food Thursday. I got very sick for about 2 hrs. Needless to say I will not go that route anytime soon.:noway: I will not be having any fastfoods this weekend.

Ran the half marathon today! It felt so great to get to the finish line! I decided to indulge today! Going back on track tomorrow!

I went to baby shower yesterday and had one plate and no cake and was so pleased with myself. I had 2 fiber one brownies when I got home and was completely satisfied with them.
I made it thru the weekend with no fast foods but had a mini binge Saturday night but still within my points and I was down pound this morning. I am working on getting on the scale only once a week but after years of weighing daily it will be very hard. I am only counting WW weigh ins for now on here. Not sure how many months I am going to be able to afford WW but as long as I am working I am going to stick with them. I may be laid off in July or Sept so we will have to wait and see.

Good for you Mollie! Going to parties are so hard because I always get at least two plates and desserts! I see those fiber one brownies when I go grocery shopping and I think I'm going to pick some up this week! I'm sorry to hear that you may be getting laid off. Hopefully you won't!
I definitely binged on Sunday after I ran the half marathon but now I'm back on track. Was good yesterday and today! We're almost halfway in March! Keep up the good work everyone!0 -

I did pretty well until this past weekend. =( I just ATE! My husband and I went over to our friend's house on Saturday for a pot luck. Had corned beef and cabbage and desserts!!! I couldn't help myself. On Sunday was my brother's birthday and we went to Hometown Buffet. But today, I'm back on track! How are you doing krunchykat?0 -
Did well over the weekend. Saturday was my spike day but I didn't misbehave too bad. Didn't drink any beer cause I quit smoking almost 2 months ago and alcohol is a huge trigger. I can't drink without a smoke. :ohwell: Almost picked up some fast food today but came home and made burgers for supper instead.0

Hello ladies,
Well I had a wonderful weekend but not good with food. i had corn beef Saturday and it was great! No cabbage Sunday had more junk food. I could not count Sat or Sunday as no fast food days. I was back on track yesterday.
I did get in plenty of exercise though! Always have to find the positives. I had a death in my family so I will be out of town over the weekend until next Tuesday. Going to MS for services.

I had McDonald's for breakfast during a road trip to Knoxville on Thursday and then had Wendy's last night because my daughter had 2 practices. I did go over my calories on Thursday but stayed under yesterday. How is everyone else doing?0
