I've been on here for a while now and I see folks all the time who are upset about only losing a pound at weigh in or even losing nothing. Take a look at the bigger picture. You didn't become overweight in a week. You are making progress. You are one step closer to being the weight you want! Even if you didn't lose a thing but didn't gain you are in better shape than most. You can't little slips ruin it. Look at your current plan and see where you could tweak things a bit, Your body is really good and getting use to a diet or exercise so keep confusing it and stop letting it confuse you! You are here for a reason and that in itself is progress. You can become anything you want as along as you want it bad enough!!!

    I think of where I would have been if I continued the path I was on, I was just not caring and was with a guy that didn't care either. So thanks for this! It's a good reminder to be proud of your efforts, even if you aren't where you want to be NOW, you are miles away from where you were. Great post, G. Mwah!
