Day 24

Yesterday was a complete bust for me. I was in bed pretty much all day with a sinus headache. I was pretty low in calories by the time evening came around but i eventually found some food to help with that. Feeling much better today and ready to get back on track.

I've been reading the New Rules for Lifting also. I haven't created a workout yet but I think I should be able to do that over the weekend.

    Well my weight went UP! I have to be retaining water...good thing I track my sodium otherwise I would be so upset right now. Today is my rest day of sorts. I will be doing a walk for my C210k prep. I will be drinking PLENTY of water today as well.

    IT IS HUMP DAY! WE CAN DO THIS!
