    hahaha meat here too. im making finger steaks out of venison for my family, and i will leave my meat unfloured and probably just fry it up too, baby spinach with my favorite caesar dressing - wishbone, and raw brocolli

    Grilled italian sausage with pesto
    Steamed broccoli
    Homemade cheese sauce (heavy cream, sharp cheddar, butter)

    Last night I bought some kielbasa sausage and cut it up and sauteed it in a tbsp of butter with normandy vegetables (broccoli, cauli, carrots, yellow squash, and zucchini). It was surprisingly good. Even my husband liked it.

    Tonight is fajitas - minus the tortillas for me. Ill use big leaves of romaine lettuce for my "taco" shells.
