these are so filling.. anyone without time for a real meal should keep these on hand. i have one just about daily for breakfast and they stick with me for about 3 hours. i love the dark chocolate one .. just bought a box of vanilla ones.. didnt like it much , but if ur craving milk it works :drinker:
