Tracking the shipment to Canada?

I order my BR on Feb 16, got confirmation emails saying it shipped Feb 20. I look at it on customerstatus.com and there is a FedEx tracking number, so it says. Clicking on this number results in a FedEx site saying it isn't found. I tried the number at ups.com and usps.com, even dhl.com just in case. What other US shipping companies are there?
I called the customer service line and the guy only sees exactly what I see. He says that FedEx just picks it up and takes it to the Post Office?? That isn't how Canada's FedEx works, sounds weird to me. Anyhow, he could only say it would be 2-3 weeks from the 20th.
Any Canadians on here been able to track their package? I don't mind waiting, I just like seeing where it is and the progress. I am a package tracking junkie when I order stuff so this is driving me nuts.

I wasn't able to track mine but it arrived. Warning though, I had to fork over $33 on delivery for customs charges or something. Wish they had told me that upfront!0
