I will be weighing-in on Fridays and updating my measurements every 10 days. Weigh in on whatever day you would like and update measurements whenever you want.

Post your March 1st weight below and update as often as you'd like after that.

    Measurements for 1 March 2012 (I've got a lot to work with here, just hope 30 Day Shred works its wonders second time round).

    Hi, my measurements as of march 1st are:

    weight 165 lbs

    chest 40 inches
    waist 33 inches
    hips 40 inches

    i will update every friday.

    i just finished day two of the shred. did much better this morning at it. have a good weekend everyone!

    Theighs(widest):R- 23 L-23.5

    3/1 weight-141

    Finished Day 11 of shred yesterday. I only do the video 3-4x a week so I should finish at the end of March with everyone :)

    I put away the scale and tape measure away until the end of the month. No updates...to piss me off. Instead I will be busting my *kitten* like crazy to ensure wicked results.

    ok so starting measurements [feb 28th]

    weight: 68.1 kg
    waist: 68 cm
    hips: 97 cm
    thighs: 55 cm
    arms: 26 cm
    chest: 83 cm

    I can't decide if I'll measure/weigh during the 30 days, or wait until the end like a final reveal/extreme makeover kind of thing. What's everyone else doing??

    ok, so i started the shred a little earlier, on Feb 23rd, so i have day 1 and day 11 weight and measurements. it was AWESOME to see a change from all my hard work. i took a lot of measurements, so you can clearly see where its making a difference.

    Ok, I wasn't seeing any results on the scales (in fact, I was seeing the opposite), but I've been feeling stronger and I'm sore so I know I am working hard. I've stayed under my calorie goal everyday (although not eating quite as well as I should) so I couldn't understand why I wasn't losing any weight... So I cracked....I measured myself early... I needed to see some results somewhere, I needed the motivation.... I lost 4 inches off of my body already! Only after 5 days of the Shred! Thats pretty good right? :tongue:

    This is my first check in...... haven't officially done it a whole week yet (missed two days due to family emergency) but I have lost 4.25 inches all over so far. :happy: A little nervous to get to excited.... measuring can be tricky. Scale hasn't moved :grumble: But it's coming.... right? Saving my offical list of numbers for day 30 :tongue:

    hi, well I have not gone down in weight at all... still 165 lbs. i was hoping that it would have gone down a pound or two. I will have to adjust my eating habits... i have not been as diligent as i should have.

    but my measurements have gone down a bit

    march 1st march 9th

    chest 40 inches 39.5 inches
    waist 33 inches 32 inches
    hips 40 inches 39.5 inches

    i have completed day 9 of the shred so far. look forward to the pounds coming down and more inches off too!

    I've hit a bit of a stall lately, so instead of logging my weight every Friday, I'll be updating weight and measurements on day 15 and day 30.

    Okay here are my before and 10th day measurements.

    SW=213 CW=207.4 - down 5.6lbs
    Arms=13.5in Now=14in - up 1/2in:(
    Chest=43.5in Now=41in - down 2.5in
    Thigh=29in Now=27in - down 2in
    Waist=41.5in Now=37in - down 4.5in
    Hips=48.5in Now=48.5in - no change:(

    So I definitely got some solid results in the first 10 days. Down 5.6lbs and 9.5 inches in only 10 days!!! Ready to bring it on for level 2.

    Ok so I weighed in and did my measurements for day 10. Not exactly what I was hoping for but I can't be sad about progress!

    30DS SW: 220
    CW: 218.8
    So down 1.2 lbs

    Neck: -.5
    Arm: -.25
    Chest: -.5
    Bust: -1
    Waist: -1.5
    Hips: -1.5
    L. Thigh: -.5
    R. Thigh: -.25

    Inches lost = 6!

    Starting level 2 in 20 minutes!
