ok, so i started the shred a little earlier, on Feb 23rd, so i have day 1 and day 11 weight and measurements. it was AWESOME to see a change from all my hard work. i took a lot of measurements, so you can clearly see where its making a difference.

R arm: 13”

Ok, I wasn't seeing any results on the scales (in fact, I was seeing the opposite), but I've been feeling stronger and I'm sore so I know I am working hard. I've stayed under my calorie goal everyday (although not eating quite as well as I should) so I couldn't understand why I wasn't losing any weight... So I cracked....I measured myself early... I needed to see some results somewhere, I needed the motivation.... I lost 4 inches off of my body already! Only after 5 days of the Shred! Thats pretty good right?0

This is my first check in...... haven't officially done it a whole week yet (missed two days due to family emergency) but I have lost 4.25 inches all over so far. :happy: A little nervous to get to excited.... measuring can be tricky. Scale hasn't moved :grumble: But it's coming.... right? Saving my offical list of numbers for day 300

hi, well I have not gone down in weight at all... still 165 lbs. i was hoping that it would have gone down a pound or two. I will have to adjust my eating habits... i have not been as diligent as i should have.
but my measurements have gone down a bit
march 1st march 9th
chest 40 inches 39.5 inches
waist 33 inches 32 inches
hips 40 inches 39.5 inches
i have completed day 9 of the shred so far. look forward to the pounds coming down and more inches off too!

I've hit a bit of a stall lately, so instead of logging my weight every Friday, I'll be updating weight and measurements on day 15 and day 30.0

Okay here are my before and 10th day measurements.
SW=213 CW=207.4 - down 5.6lbs
Arms=13.5in Now=14in - up 1/2in:(
Chest=43.5in Now=41in - down 2.5in
Thigh=29in Now=27in - down 2in
Waist=41.5in Now=37in - down 4.5in
Hips=48.5in Now=48.5in - no change:(
So I definitely got some solid results in the first 10 days. Down 5.6lbs and 9.5 inches in only 10 days!!! Ready to bring it on for level 2.0 -
Ok so I weighed in and did my measurements for day 10. Not exactly what I was hoping for but I can't be sad about progress!

thighs: 55 cm

I can't decide if I'll measure/weigh during the 30 days, or wait until the end like a final reveal/extreme makeover kind of thing. What's everyone else doing??
So I've put ON weight (+0.5kg - not much but it's going in the wrong direction!) but I have lose cms.
weight: 68.1 kg - 68.6kg
waist: 68 cm - 65cm (-3cms!)
hips: 97 cm - 91cm (-6cms!!)
thighs: 55 cm - no change
arms: 26 cm - 25cm
chest: 83 cm - 81cm (-2cms)
Got to be happy with that, but so discouraged about the weight gain!0 -

For my 10 days on level 2 I lost 2.8 lbs (not as much as I was hoping...) But I lost 6 inches!
Level 1- lost 1.2 lbs and 6 inches
Level 2- lost 2.8 lbs and 6 inches
Total so far- lost 4 lbs and 12 inches

I lost about 7lbs and 8.5 inches total. Lost an inch from my hips, 1.25 inches from my natural waist, 2.25 inches from my waist at my belly button, and 1.25 inches around my chest (right under, not including "the girls"). The rest of the 8.5ish is from arms and thighs...nothing too impressive there.0

Okay, so I lost 7.4 lbs over the 30 days. Not what I was hoping for but I can not be sad about any loss! What I am most excited about is the inches. I lost 16 inches in 30 days! I am very happy about those results. I took pictures on day 1, day 11, day 21, and day 31. I wasn't seeing much of a difference. But my friends were seeing a difference and suggested I post my before and after pics side by side to compare. OMG! I am totally seeing a difference! I still have lots to lose (i've lost 1/4 of my goal so far), so these pics aren't cute! Please be warned! Big girl in undies!

It looks like I lost about 4lbs and 5 inches. Not as much as I was hoping for, but I can definitely tell a difference in the way my clothes fit and endurance. I'm starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow. I took a rest day today and found it really hard to get through the day without going for a walk. I had to make myself rest.0

Over the course of the month, I lost 4 pounds and 8.75 centimeters, including 4 cm from my muffin top!!! These are not as great as some people's numbers, but I am back to fiting in my pants which was my goal. The ultimate is that my husband commented that I had slimmed down. While he always says that I am beautiful, he purposefully doesn't comment on how fit (or not fit) my body is.
I would have skipped out on a lot of sessions, if it had not been for this group. Thank you.0
