Hello!!!
We are going to hold each other accountable for boosting our daily exercise by each agreeing to add an additional fitness routine to our daily acttivities,
The fitness routine is as follows:
-(3) 60 second planks
-100 Jumping jacks
-100 crunches
-50 push ups
You do this fitness routine every day. After you complete your fitness routine post in this group forum. Post on the topic that corresponds to the current day!!!
After each week the fitness routine will become a little more intense. I will annouce the new routine for the week each week.
Post any other topics including pics of yourself doing the fitness routine, motivational words, results/victories you are achieving due to the additional exercise, tips/encouragement related to fitness.
Let's make this fun!!
