Since I started this group, just wanted to say Good Luck to everyone! I just finished my first fit test and wow! I did have to modify some of the exercises because I've been having problems with my knees but I still kicked some butt the best I could.

I just started looking at the DVD's. I am excited/nervous to do the fit test. I almost dont want to right for Monday.

I've had knee surgery in the past and am on the 2nd week of month 2 of Insanity. I'm not going to lie, there is a TON of jumping in these workouts and you just need to be mindful of what the range of motion with your knees is that won't cause injury. With that said, mine don't hurt nearly as much as I thought they would but I am only pushing as far as I think I can go. I plan on doing this entire program again when I finish it and hopefully can push a little harder the 2nd time around!! Just remember - SOFT KNEES!!0
