Went to a reception tonight - they had free food. I added estimates of the quantity I ate but this type of event is a little dangerous for me

    Yes that setting can be hard for anyone. My wife and kids eat a lot of junk and I am stuck trying to lose 80lbs. I tend to keep my head down and try to ignore what everyone else is doing. I know its also not the best social look but if I am around free food I keep my hands in my pockets. I noticed that my hands have a mind of their own and will just grab food and put it in my mouth without permission :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
