Question on Azomite clay

I've done some reading on it. I was going to get a couple of huge bags for the veggie garden this year. I know a lot of people consume this clay due to the 67 trace minerals in it.
Does anyone here take this? I've read a number of comments on MDA from people that actually take a tsp or two of this a day.
I would never of course just walk outside and eat some dirt but I am definitely curious on this clay.
