Did my first day of LC today. I woke up feeling really depleted. Carb hangover is probably similar to Atkins flu but without the withdrawal. Energy levels lifted throughout the day not sure if that was down to the food or the masses of water I drank - increased my intake by at least 200%
Slightly bummed because weighed myself and have gained 4lbs in monthly cycle weight and that is likely to increase a bit more. Looks like I will have to find a new motivational source for end of week one, knowing I'll drop big week 2 with weight and period water retention coming off.
Any motivational tips?
