My god. Has anyone tried that nestle peter's light and creamy range yet? It's DELICIOUS!! half a cup of ice-cream for 70 cal - Yes PLEASE!!
Anyways so I'm one with a huge sweet tooth. (PCOS and all), but if I eat the demonic stuff without protein to slow its absorption, i get hungrier than I started, and fairly cranky. So I've devised this yummy as shake which is both low g.i, and tastes like a milkshake
Peanut butter Swirl Protein Milkshake:
1x Teaspoon Natural Peanut butter (64 cal)
1/2 cup Vitasoy lite soy milky (48)
1/4 cup Peter's Light & creamy choc caramel & vanilla swirl (35)
1 scoop musashi low carb protein powder vanilla (48)
Crushed ice
Blend and serve
= 195 cal
15g Carb
17g Protein
9g Fat
And to lighten the load, just get rid of the Natural PB and maybe replace it with half of a small banana!
I hope you guys enjoy!!

Yes, I'm a massive fan of the peter's light n creamy ice cream. Creme Brulee is my fav!
If you added 1/4-1/2 tspn xanthum gum, you could add more liquid & it will still be just as thick. Great for filling up on low cals
also, not sure how you got the cals for PB? I would think you would need a bit more than that for the flavour and a tbspn of natural pb is usually 125-150cals.0
