Neding some help and motivation!

I was so excited to get this program and get started! I waited for a long time (impatiently) to get my package in the mail. I started on 2-20. I'm usually really good about working out 6 times a week.
Then I had a schedling issue and missed a day. Oh well. Move on. Then I got sick and spent the day on the couch. Another workout missed. Trying to move on. But I'm still sick and missed anther workout last night. So I've now missed three.
I'm starting to feel better and I think I'll get my motivation back but do you guys think I should just start the program over? Or should I finish out this week (2) and move on? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great! I just feel like I didn't really give it my all in weeks 1&2!
Thanks! Kim

Hello Kim,
Wipe your slat clean and start again on Monday. I'll be getting my program and we can start together. Keep up the good work and don't give up!0 -
I think I would start over too. But that is because I am scared of what is to come in the next set of videos. I want to be as strong as possible before I move on so I don't get frustrated and give up. Good luck!0

I agree with the ladies. To ensure you feel like you're starting fresh and not beating yourself up for the start/stop (though it's stuff out of your control), just start anew and you'll feel reinvigorated!0

I agree, think of that as the practice run.0
