Sorry for the delay guys, my mobile devices do not allow me to access the groups or message boards. So here we go:

Ingredients:
Talipia Fish ( I use the ones that come frozed in a bag)
Old Bay Seasoning
Parsely Flakes
Basil
Olive Oil
Pam Spray

Preparation:

1.Thaw the talipia fish
2.Spray the pan with Pam spray
3. Seasoning each piece with about 1 Tblspn of Old Bay Season (Or however much to your liking)
4.Sprinkle Parsely Flakes over each piece
5. Sprinkle Basil over each piece
6. Place the fish in the pan and drizzle Olive Oil over the fish
7. Cover the fish and let it bake at 425 degrees F for about 25-30min

Optional: Remove cover and let bake about another 5min if you want the top more brown.

If you have a allergy or do not like Old Bay any seasoning can be used in its place

Calories are 100 calories per 4oz of Talipia
0 Calories in the seasoning

I usually eat it with a 1/2 cup of brown rice (95calories) and a green salad (0 Calories)
