So kinda getting confused. I downloaded the spreadsheet that has stuff where you plug in your numbers. Now my question is..how accurate is the RMR...it says 1242 for me... (43 yrs old...137 pounds..5'5")..but other sites put me closer to 1400. The last time i went to the nutritionist..my BMR was measured to be 1401..
So what should I use? I want to make sure I am eating enough..but I also want to do fat loss since I have PCOS and IR...my BF is 27..and want it reduced to about 23-24..so I want to make sure I am eating enough..
So if I go by the spreadsheet..my calories would be 1438 for no workout and 1687 for workout with fat loss..kind of seems low..So even though I want to to fat loss..I am eating maintenance...
Any help will be great...thanks..
