2.5 years in and really no issues, dry meats are an issue sometimes. Bread and fibrous veggies like celery can be the biggest issues. Really chew anything long enough and you're fine.

I've had trouble mostly because I forget to chew up the food enough. But for the longest time I couldnt do lettuce but recently had my band deflated a bit and can have that again. I'm glad because I love salads. right now having trouble with allergies and my band and stress and my band. Go on Monday and will have him take a bit out. I'm miserable, having trouble with coffee abd water too sometimes. definately need a little taken out.

I had to have my band removed because I couldn't maintain a tight enough fill to lose weight without my stomach swelling up so I couldn't even swallow water. However, while I had it, I could not eat breads or pastas unless they were chewed very well. The only things that REALLY gave me constant trouble was pork and chicken. It just seemed like they were always too dry to go through. Unfortunately I had to learn to vomit because I would be in so much pain.
