Xango or Mangosteen

Has anyone ever tried Xango or any other mangosteen juices? An acquaintance with fibro swears by this. She takes 3 oz of the juice every day and keeps her pain in check. It is pretty pricey upwards to $60 for a 32oz bottle. But if it really works well it may be worth it.
