Bad day yesterday, found this group & I'm back on track today. Oats, skimmed milk & a few cranberries for breakfast then off to the gym. I've now got to stick to it because I've told you I will :)

    Today went well :) 350 cals burnt off on the treadmill, managed to walk at 4.8 mph today!! (only allowed to walk & not run since back surgery) I use a great little app called Lolo treadmill it instructs you when to change the speed & incline plus it plays your music to match the pace. It works me harder than I would work myself.

    Then I did a bit of work using the cable weights, this is still a struggle especially with lifting over my head the strength just isn't there - yet!

  • I finally dropped a lb. I'm trying hard to eat the calories I'm supposed to. I am encouraged. I took Sunday off from exercising, but I'll be back at it today. Have a good day.
