What is your FAVORITE LC food/meal, etc?

                    Let's share our favorite LC meal/dish....
mine is grilled steak fajita's, just throw some on a plate with some guacamole, sour cream and cheese. I don't use much seasoning to save on the carb count, grilling the steak on mesquite wood adds enough flavor but in a hurry. I will add a little fajita seasoning before marinating but for the whole batch being about 20 carbs, I will still manage under 10 for the whole meal.
And my second fav is chicken alfredo w/broccoli. I use jar'd alfredo which isnt too high carb, cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter, add frozen broccoli (about 2 cups for entire meal) and 1/2 jar alfredo.... very delish!!

            With my trusty woodfired-grill & smoker, I get my food-freak on and have me some kebabs, prime rib steaks, my famous ribs that the whole neighborhood knows who is grilling outside, my freshly grilled salmon... Grill up some artichokes and let me tell you how sexy that is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really do love a Seafood Scampi served over a garlic-herb spaghetti squash.... Chunks of lobster, honkin-huge scallops, jumbo shrimp, fresh alaskan king crab legs sauteed in real butter, zest of lemon, splash of fresh lemon, fresh cracked pepper, sea salt, and a wonderful julienne of red and green bell pepper, baby bella mushrooms and tons and tons of garlic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0
