    I tried a semi burpee which I'm glad no-one witnessed, and 30 extra jumping jacks :)

    July 18 means 25 minutes of dancing but I doubt I'll be able to do it - went to the gym already but I don't get back home until 10:45 tonight :( Let me see what I can do! I have been failing miserably at these daily challenges! :( tear

    maybe i'll do 25 crunches instead :)

    I'm glad I didn't have to do burpee's. I also sought them on youtiube and they look exhausting!

    Oh my Golly - Burpee's are you kidding me?!??!?!? I physically could not do that - really! How sad?!?!?
    I can't wait to look back on this very post in say, 9 months from now and be so proud that yes, I can now do Burpee's... :)

    For those asking,

    What is a burpee?

    Here's how you do it.

    Stand straight up, squat, jump down to push up position, hold, do a push up, hold, jump back to squat, then stand up.... that's 1 burpee!

    You are NOT failing, you did go to the gym so that's a daily challenge on it's own! :) Be proud of what you do! These challenges are just to keep people motivated.
