July 18 means 25 minutes of dancing but I doubt I'll be able to do it - went to the gym already but I don't get back home until 10:45 tonight

I can't wait to look back on this very post in say, 9 months from now and be so proud that yes, I can now do Burpee's...

For those asking,
What is a burpee?
Here's how you do it.
Stand straight up, squat, jump down to push up position, hold, do a push up, hold, jump back to squat, then stand up.... that's 1 burpee!
