Just thought I'd say hi.
I've been directed over here after posting for advice on ways to spread my calorie allowance.
I work 2 night shifts per week 8am-8pm and am struggling to work it out.
Anyway I'll go and have a look around at other threads for ideas. I'm hope it's not just me who's confused by it.

You have 5 possible time titles. Most people with odd hours will do 12-4; 4-8; 8-12; 12-4; 4-8; 8-12. That will give you a way to keep track of your calories over a 24hr period.0
