Anyone else have issues with the single leg sumo squats? I can't seem to get all my weight on one leg...frustrating.

Yea, I had trouble with them...I did the best I could and went on. It was almost like I would finally maybe figure it out, but too late..on to the next exercise!0

The problem I have is with my ankle on the leg you lift up onto your toes. My ankles hurt doing it but I still love the workout itself.0
