Good morning my FP4H members! Today I felt a joy that made me smile from ear to ear and poke my chest out. When I logged in to the group site at 8:50 this morning I realized that 7 of our 9 members (we have 10 but I don't know who that 10th one is) had logged on already to their diaries. Do you guys know how awesome that is? That means that you are eating and strategizing your meals for this day. Please give yourselves a pat on the back as this is awesome.
P.S. We have three members who look like they can use encouragement so please reach out to Anita D. and Paulette and Foxykat with an e-mail, text and prayer that they will get on the band wagon.
Looking forward to seeing some of you tonight and those of you who will not be making it (other than Iris) I need you to send me you weigh-in results tonight.
