I had been craving something crispy to munch on and found a recipe for cheese crisps through Pinterest, on joyfulabode.com.
Here is the link:

These are wonderful little crisps/crackers with little to no carbs in each one. I use a toaster oven, so each tray holds 16 crisps. That is approx 1/4 cup of cheese = 1 carb! I made 2 trays last night and brought them to work with me today to snack on, total of 2 carbs for a treat to last all day!
Just wanted to share with my low carber friends!
Hint: When she says use parchment paper, USE PARCHMENT PAPER!! I tried making them on sprayed waxed paper (cuz I was out of parchment and didn't want to wait until the next day to try them!) and it was a DISASTER!!

I made one batch with ranch seasoning and the other with garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Super good! I may have overdone it on the pepper flakes though! Drank a lot of water!0

I do these with parmesan cheese in the microwave. 45 seconds is all it takes - let them cool and they are crispy and delicious!0
