DeClutter Our Lives!!!

I have found that there are MANY areas that I have to work on. And most of the time, it has to do with decluttering something somewhere. With weightloss, it is decluttering my food choices and plate! But there are so many other areas that we can do this and it be beneficial to our overall health and outlook on life.
So I am wondering what have you or will you need to declutter in your life?
For me, I am working on my schedule right now. I am WAY too busy!!! This leads to stress and eating and on and on and on. To declutter, I am seriously looking at what I am doing and asking myself, "Is this really something important enough to give my time to?" and " Is this something that "I" am suppose to do or is it someone's responsibility that I want to jump in and fix?" Believe it or not, I am finding some "free time" and am not sure what to do with it! I am so use to being TOO BUSY!!!
Whats yours? What is it doing to you? And how are you going to declutter it?

I want to declutter my home -- but to start small I would like to start with the kitchen. I want to start preparing lots of fresh fruits and veggies ahead of time -- make homemade mixes, soups, and breads but I need to clean out what I am not using and make room for the good stuff. This has been in the back of my head for months now so I need to make a plan and execute!
So I will be back to post my first step of my plan either tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks Shelle -- great topic!0 -
Dorie, that is great! And don't be afraid to throw away what has been there forever and you know is not worth the calories!
I love cooking from scratch and enjoying knowing everything that is my foods, especially my soups.
I will look forward to how you do when you get started!

Yes, I need that reminder -- I don't ever want to throw stuff and I really need to! I hope to get started this weekend. I am going to start with the pantry. I will let you know how it goes.
How is your schedule clearing going? I know it is tough to let others do what they need to do and to say no to people but you need to look out for yourself! Others need to be responsible for their "things"! You can't do it all!! :flowerforyou: Let me know how it is going. Is anyone giving you a hard time?

Sorry, Dorie. I didn't know that you responded with a question.
Well, I am going to look at something else to declutter. My bad moments! And I have alot of them. I really need to figure out what brings them on and what my point of attack will be. For instance, the bad night I had last night. I should have taken my meds to help me sleep and stayed in bed!!! Once I got out of bed, the flood of calories and emotions began. Urghh!!!
I really do need to look at the setbacks that are routine for me and declutter them!0
