I didn't jog at all last week. Previously I finished Week 6. I'm planning on jogging again tonight. Wondering if I should continue as scheduled and start Week 7 or just repeat week 6....

I would suggest trying week 7. If you find it really difficult, repeat week 6. If you can handle it, carry on regardless0

If it's just 1 week off then go for week 7 but ease off if you feel it's too much.
I'd start week 8 if I could get myself off this site and into my shoes!0 -

It's surprising how quickly it comes around, or maybe thats just my age that speeds up time!
Keep at it, spring is coming in so we'll all be able to enjoy those sunny morning runs to start the day :happy:0
