SW 84 kilos (approx 185lb)
Week 1 83 kilos (approx 183lb) loss of 2lb

    I'm hoping the exercise mix has helped
    and the postitive mind set i'm in right now .... !!!

    in 3 weeks ... i have to dance (lead the floor on stage) for 1000 people .... I want to be a few kilos lighter - just for my own piece of mind
    The same event last year was held in APril ... and that is when I got 'stuck' with my weight loss .... and I want to be at least a kilo lighter than I was then - so in my before and after ball shots ... i can say i was lighter than last year

    So far Super bad week at work and really busy...so I'm not even going to get on the scale.

    I am in the middle of an other challenge but there are only about 4 of us left. I will join your group too since my group ends next week.
    Started out at 178
    This week 176.
    I haven't lost anything for 3 weeks. Must work harder at it.
