I just realized that there are different videos on every page of the article, lol. So one vid for the intro, one for training, one for nutrition, etc.

Great resource! Another potential resource: The same authors of "Lift Like A Man/Look Like A Goddess" wrote another book to be published this April: "The New Rules for Lifting for Life: All New Muscle Builder, Fat Blaster Plan for Men and Women Who Want to Ace Their Midlife Exams."0 -
