For the workouts that are not cardio how do you log it in on my fitnesspal..under strength or cardio
if its strenght what do you put for sets.reps.weight?

I have a HRM so I create an exercise for each workout from that. Before I had my HRM, I logged Jillian DVDs under cardio as circuit training. That should be close0

I created an exercise under cardio labed JM Body Revolution and then I add notes for the specific DVD I did for that day. Then I use my HRM for cal count.0

So far I picked "aerobic low impact" because I am only on week 1, also I feel that "circuit training" may be overestimating.0

Any recommedations out there on a good, reliable hrm? I have one and don't think it is acurate. With resting heart rate, I can do it 3 or 4 times in a row and all numbers will be different. Who has one that they love and trust it to be correct?0
