I saw this on a myfitnesspal posting and then I did a little research and it really does work.
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 box of any flavor cake mix (chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, etc.)
Mix both in a big ziploc bag (mix really, really well)
Take two Tablespoons of the mixture put it in a big microwavable coffee mug with 1 Tablespoon of water, mix it really well until it is frothy.
Microwave for 1 minute. Let it stand for about 10-15 minutes to cool off.
It is 167 calories per serving, you can also top it with fresh fruit, or a lite whipped topping too![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
My coworker tried red velvet last night, the entire family loved it including their 5 year old.
